Do you give a warranty ?

Yes. We give a written Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our workmanship is covered as long as you own your vehicle with minimal limitations listed in our written warrranty. Our premise is that we want to address any concerns with your repairs as long as you own the vehicle.

What if the insurance estimate is lower than

yours?
Insurance company estimates are very often lower than ours for a number of reasons. It is our responsibility to call the insurance company adjustor or appraiser to negotiate on your behalf . We accept insurance written estimates that are written at market rates. You only pay deductibles and betterments if they apply.

How many estimates do I need?
There is no law in Michigan that requires you to get more than 1 estimate. The laws are written for consumer choice, not the insurance company choice.

 Do I have to take the vehicle where my insurance company tells me to?
Although the insurance company may try to direct you to a specific repair shop the ultimate choice is yours. State Law states that it is the consumer's choice to choose the shop of their preference.  Any insurance carrier that will not let you choose your own repair facillity is breaking the law.

Can you repair my Leased Vehicle ?

YES.

Your leased vehicle is simply the finance arrangements you made. You still are reponsible for the repairs and maintanence needed during this period.

If I have the dealer fix my leased car, then I will not be responsible for the repair quality when I turn in the car.

Your lease car is checked by a private company in a different location than your dealer. Your dealer has no significance on your being responsible for the leased vehicle turn in damages or repair quality.

If the frame of my car is damaged, is it a total loss?
No, a vehicle is a total loss when the amount of repairs exceeds a percentage of  the value of the vehicle. Today's vehicles are designed to bend and fold in order to absorb impact forces and save the vehicle occupants from injury. Paul's Collision & Towing is equipped with laser measuring systems to guarantee your vehicle will be repaired properly.
